Polypropylene: The World's Second Most Widely Used Standard Plastic
Polypropylene (PP) is the second most commonly used plastic for films and packaging worldwide. Like polyethylene, it belongs to the polyolefin family, but it is slightly harder and more heat-resistant.
We process relatively soft PP variants on blown film extrusion lines to produce tubular films and bags, as well as half-tubular and flat films.
Due to the production process, these films have a milky translucency while still offering good contact transparency.
